Privacy policy
This site does not measure its audience and contains no trackers. The only personal data it collects is what you send through the contact form. This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails.

Data collected and purpose
Through the contact form: your name, company, e-mail address, the subject of your request, your message and the date of your consent. It is used only to answer your request and follow it up.
To limit abuse, the site computes a fingerprint of your IP address (an HMAC with a secret key); the address itself is never stored, and the fingerprint is deleted after 24 hours.
Legal basis
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us; your message is then deleted.
Recipients
The members of the ProveStack team authorised to read messages. The site's host, Cloudflare, Inc., stores messages in its D1 database as a processor. As Cloudflare is a US company, any transfer outside the European Union is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by Cloudflare's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Your data is neither sold nor used for third-party marketing.
Retention
36 months from the receipt of your message, the period the CNIL (the French data protection authority) recommends for prospect data, then automatic deletion every night. You can ask for earlier deletion.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and the right to withdraw your consent. Write to contact@seculogik.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr (opens in a new tab), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France).
Cookies
The site sets a single cookie, __Host-ps_admin: the admin area's session cookie, set only when a team member signs in, valid for 8 hours, strictly necessary and therefore exempt from consent. Visitors receive none. Fonts are served by the site itself: nothing is loaded from a third party.
