Pilot With your team

Run ProveStack on your own scope, with us

The pilot is for teams that want to prepare with a working process, not a slide deck. You choose the modules and the scope; we deploy your instance, help you set it up and learn from how you use it.

Contact us Pilot terms on request; prices are public.

01 Fit

Who the pilot is for

  • Software vendors that place a product with digital elements on the EU market and prepare for the CRA.
  • Small and mid-sized organisations asked for ISO/IEC 27001, a SOC 2 report or GDPR evidence by their customers.
  • Teams without a compliance department, where engineers and managers own security and privacy today.

02 Included

What a pilot includes

  • A dedicated instance on an OVHcloud VPS in Europe, deployed and updated by us.
  • The modules you choose: CRA, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, and the operations around them.
  • Your evidence, decisions and reviews, with expiry and renewal.
  • An auditor packet you export and keep, with what is still open.

03 Asked of you

What we ask in return

  • Honest feedback on what is unclear, missing or in the way.
  • Fictional or non-sensitive data at first. Move to real data only when you are comfortable.
  • A named person who decides, and a second person who reviews.

The pilot covers what is available today. It does not include certification, CE marking, a SOC 2 report, legal advice or regulatory submission. See what ProveStack does not do and the roadmap.

04 How it starts

From first message to auditor packet

  1. Write to us

Tell us what you need to prepare, for which product or organisation, and by when.

  2. Scope call

We agree on the modules, the data you are comfortable with and the pilot terms.

  3. Your instance

We deploy your dedicated instance and set up your organisation and first scopes.

  4. Work real requirements

Learn, decide applicability, collect evidence and review it with your own people.

  5. Export and review

Export the auditor packet and go through what is covered and what is not.
