Each hosted offer includes 100 GB of active evidence storage and 500 GB of cold archive. Beyond that, per month, excluding VAT:

Frequently asked questions

What is included?

The four modules (CRA, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, SOC 2), operations (incidents, vulnerabilities, notifications), the learning journey, the auditor packet, a dedicated instance we deploy and update, and e-mail support. Each capability shows its real status: those marked "In development" are not delivered yet.

Where is my data?

On your dedicated instance, on an OVHcloud VPS in Europe, isolated from other customers' instances. This public website and its contact form are hosted by Cloudflare.

What happens to what I send to the AI companion?

With a hosted model, your questions and the evidence excerpts they cite are processed by a third-party model provider to compute the drafts. If your data must stay with you, the On-premises offer allows a local model. Without the AI companion, nothing is sent to a model.

Is a certification included?

No. ProveStack prepares readiness and keeps the evidence; it does not certify, grant CE marking or issue a SOC 2 report. Audit and certification fees (certification body, independent CPA firm) are separate.

How is storage counted?

Each hosted offer includes 100 GB of active storage and 500 GB of cold archive, expandable in blocks. The archive keeps older and superseded evidence; a restore takes a few hours.
